Conclusion

After researching this topic of artificial intelligence and how it may affectmanagement in workplaces. Some of the major takeaways I began to think aboutrelates to artificial intelligence and the impact that it will have onmanagement. Management and AI can work hand on hand if you know how to createand grow with artificial intelligence, rather than hide from it. I alsorealized that AI is not going to be shut down anytime soon, and it will onlygrow and prosper in the workplace. As technology continues to increase,organizations are going to have to adapt and work with this to keep up to othermodernized companies. I realized that AI can and will help management, and itis already starting to do so. AI gives so many opportunities for companies tobe the best they can be.  Completelyaltering normal management practices for the better AI will stop humans fromdoing tedious work, such as filing papers and searching for certain information.AI helps with this and allows companies to focus on other problems or tasksthey may be facing.  Also, throughout ourclass we discussed artificial intelligence, and how important and influentialIt will be in the modernized world. My thinking of AI and management hadclarified drastically with the class discussion and doing researches on thetopic. This is because of the various readings and journals we discussed andwrote relating to AI, with that knowledge, I could analyze this correlationbetween management and AI and dissect the benefits and problems that may occur.
